Server Rules
Game Rules
Terms of Use, User Agreement, and Rules of NDBO Chaos INTRODUCTION
By registering to create a login or logging into the game, the user declares that they accept and fully agree to these terms and rules.
The platform is entirely private, and only the rules below apply. If you do not agree with them, do not log in or use the systems.
NDBO Chaos is free to use. All images, logos, and names related to the anime mentioned belong to the trademark holders.
It is important to note that NDBO Chaos is the result of an independent society, offered free of charge.
Our goal is to promote the anime and manga to everyone while respecting the author's copyrights and trademarks.
No one is required to play NDBO Chaos. If you do not agree with these rules, do not play, and do not make donations to receive Premium Points (Digital Currency).
If you do not agree with the terms and rules below, creating accounts or logging into NDBO Chaos servers is prohibited.
The rules also exist to better organize the game and ensure mutual respect among players.
A user with a suspended, banned, or deleted account is prohibited from using any service on the entire NDBO Chaos platform. They cannot create new accounts or log into old accounts. The servers are private and have their own rules.
Violating the terms and rules below will result in immediate suspension and permanent deletion of the account.
Violating the terms and rules below will result in immediate suspension and permanent deletion of the account.
CONSIDERATIONS, TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY, AGREEMENT, AND GENERAL RULES
This Agreement takes effect as soon as you indicate your acceptance of these terms (checklist). You cannot become an acceptor if you are under 13 (thirteen) years old, except with the express authorization of a legal guardian. The NDBO Chaos team and its collaborators strive to organize the game in every possible way, but it is impossible to control all messages, internal server issues, or even external issues on social media.
We do not guarantee the functionality of the system, nor do we guarantee that there will be no losses on the player's part. Whenever you notice system instability, store your items in a safe place to avoid irrecoverable losses.
The game rules may be changed without prior notice. You should check them whenever possible, at least every 30 days. Violating the rules will result in account suspension and deletion, regardless of prior warning.
Users under the age of 13 are prohibited from creating accounts or using the game.
It is understood that any user who opposes the decisions of the game (administrators, developers, game masters, support) is also opposing the game’s terms, meaning they do not accept them. Therefore, their account may be banned and deleted in cases of disagreement with the game’s rules and terms.
Any public or private action against the game will result in immediate banning and account deletion.
Always use a "strong" password (with letters, dots, and random, mixed numbers) and a good antivirus. The team does its best to prevent issues and suspends suspicious accounts, but cases of "hacks" are not guaranteed by the team under any circumstances.
For security reasons, NDBO Chaos records players' IP addresses, command logs, chat logs (all typed keys are recorded), and hardware serial numbers.
ALL accounts and logs are the property of NDBO Chaos. If you do not agree with any terms or rules, do not use the game, do not create an account, and never make payments or donations.
Donations are non-refundable transactions, meaning each donation is exchanged for online credit. Once this credit is sent to the server, the transaction is considered irrevocably fulfilled.
The servers are private. Anyone may be prevented from creating a new account at any time, regardless of reason.
The rules apply to the game and social media platforms, especially: Facebook Group, Facebook, Discord, Forum, TeamSpeak, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Twitch. Topics or comments that violate the rules will be deleted, and the user will be permanently banned. A lack of civility and respect may also be punished.
Accounts accessed through proxies may be suspended, regardless of having active credits, until the user identifies themselves by sending a copy of their ID and an updated proof of address to contactndbochaos@gmail.com.
Depending on the severity of a rule violation or if the act is considered a crime under the Penal Code, the account may be permanently suspended. Regardless of authorization, all logs may be forwarded to law enforcement authorities to assist in a criminal investigation.
To receive support, use the ticket system available on our Discord.
NDBO Chaos may send promotional emails.
Acting contrary to good conduct or damaging the game's reputation may result in account suspension.
Encouraging the use of other games or discouraging the use of NDBO Chaos may result in account suspension and blocking on social media platforms.
In quests, missions, dungeons, or any other activity requiring multiple players, if a team member deliberately leaves and causes another player to suffer losses, the offender may be blacklisted and barred from participating in future group activities.
In the event of a system crash or excessive lag due to network/server attacks, lost items cannot be recovered, as system logs are also lost.
All accounts must be verified. At any time, a copy of an ID and proof of address may be requested. If the request is not fulfilled, the account may be suspended.
As with any computerized system, failures and connection losses may occur, requiring servers to be shut down for fixes. Any losses due to this or rollbacks (restoring backups) will not be compensated, but every effort will be made to minimize losses.
From the second major offense (account sharing, offensive behavior, etc.), the account may be immediately deleted. Users of illegal software (bots or MC software) may have their main and related accounts permanently deleted.
Abusing or discovering a bug and failing to report it to support or development will result in account deletion.
Tickets contesting account suspension for illegal software use will not be answered. Related accounts (main account) will also be punished.
All in-game items must be kept within the user's account/character. Any losses due to lending or theft are the user's responsibility.
Credits (Premium Points) acquired without a reasonable cause or through fraudulent trades may result in account suspension and deletion, as well as the deletion of related or benefiting accounts. Accounts created solely for credit purchases are not allowed.
Credits (Premium Points) sent to the server and used are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Digital products used (received on the character) are non-refundable. Once Premium Points are sent to the character, they are considered used, and the right to a refund under the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) does not apply.
Users involved in disputes or irregularities will be permanently banned and will not be allowed to create new accounts. Any new accounts identified will be blocked regardless of their creation date. Identification is done through email, name, CPF, TAX ID, hardware, device serial numbers, and processor serial numbers. Once a dispute occurs, all related data is stored in a blacklist, and all linked accounts are banned along with the main account.
Using keys involves LUCK (a random system to balance the game), so keys may result in items of no value or different from the desired ones. If uncertain, NEVER buy keys, as credits used are non-refundable.
Items, keys, or Premium Points used are non-refundable. Random chest items cannot be chosen or refunded.
After creation, all accounts must be verified. This is mandatory for server access. Users must send an ID and proof of address to contactndbochaos@gmail.com when requested. Failure to do so results in permanent account suspension.
Document verification is to prevent fraud and crimes. Data is stored in an encrypted, private environment and will never be shared with third parties.
For high-value transactions, a copy of the ID, proof of address, and evidence of legitimate fund origin may be required, including bank statements.
Blocked accounts, hardware, IPs, or logins due to disputes must pay a processing fee of three times the disputed amount to be unblocked.
Users have a 7-day right to a refund ONLY IF the credit is UNUSED.
In case of conflicts between user, tutor, or support information and the programmed game system, the system's programmed behavior will prevail unless it is a "bug."
The right to a refund under the CDC does not apply to exclusively digital products and services, especially Premium Points received on the character.
Creating an account authorizes the sending of promotional emails and notifications.
Accounts cannot be used for business outside the game. Purchasing gems for resale is not allowed. They must be used exclusively on the character and may be temporarily locked.
Accounts and characters are for entertainment purposes only. Accounts used for profit may be banned.
Using fraudulently obtained items or failing to report fraudulent players will result in a permanent ban.
Banned users are not welcome and are prohibited from creating new accounts or logging in through third-party or secondary accounts. If a banned user is found logging in, all related accounts will be deleted.
All devices used to connect are identified by hardware serial numbers. Bans may extend to the hardware and all accounts associated with it.
Item and in-game currency prices may change WITHOUT prior notice. In-game and website store promotions may start, end, or change prices at any time without warning.
When implementing new systems, errors may cause server rollbacks. No compensation will be provided. If bonuses become unbalanced due to errors, items may be removed.
Trades or purchases within the server will not be reversed, even if mistakes occur. ALWAYS CHECK THE PRICE BEFORE FINALIZING A PURCHASE OR SALE.
Everything created within the game belongs to the server, not the user.
With updates to the game, item prices will be changed without prior notice, so acquisitions should never be made with the intention of making a profit. There may be profits or losses, and these cannot be undone or refunded. The game is for fun.
Everything created within the game belongs to the server, never to the user or anyone with account access.
VIP (Premium Account) is considered used when connecting to the server as well as upon first use of the credit (Premium Point).
Under no circumstances is the connected time considered a "user investment." The connected time is a burden for NDBO Chaos as there is a cost of "bandwidth" for each connection and data traffic. All traffic incurs a cost as it generates expenses for server rentals. The more users or greater the traffic, the higher the cost paid to data centers.
Every item acquired in the game may be lost due to a bug or programming error and is non-recoverable. Additionally, if the server is shut down due to infeasibility and high costs, everything produced within the game will be lost. The servers may also be closed to new players at any time.
Connections are precarious, meaning there is no guarantee that the server will remain online in the future.
Those responsible for server maintenance are under no obligation to refund virtual items or credits since they ensure the servers remain online and cover the costs of new content production (updates). Credits used will never be refunded.
NDBO Chaos is not based in Brazil, Mexico, Poland, Chile, Argentina, the United States, or any other country listed. Any payment issues must be resolved directly with the intermediary company. Refunds for credits used or sent to the server will never occur.
Using a credit card to acquire online credits without the account holder's authorization may be considered a crime under criminal law.
Suspending the payment of acquired and used credit is classified as fraud. In any disputes involving used credits, a usage log, chat logs, and connection data will be sent to payment systems (dispute mediation) and to law enforcement for the initiation of a police inquiry regarding fraud and/or falsification of documents.
Accounts may be deleted, banned, and/or blocked without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. The block may be permanent. In such cases, no credits used or VIP (Premium Account) will be refunded.
Servers may become private, accessible only with specific keys for pre-registered users selected at the discretion of administrators. New account creation or public access may be closed at any time.
User data will never be shared with third parties except for credit protection or criminal investigations.
Characters, items, and all internal game content are subject to balancing of power and skills for better equilibrium. Under no circumstances will items or characters that have become "stronger," "weaker," more attractive, or less attractive be refunded or exchanged, even with or without specific abilities.
Payments are made as a non-refundable donation, meaning a donation and receipt of credit usable within 30 days (for unutilized credit refunds). Once credit is used (sent to the server), the obligation is considered fulfilled.
Contributions and/or donations to the game may be limited or blocked without prior notice.
After the official opening of the servers, within 60 days, a rollback is more likely to happen. However, this will be avoided as much as possible to prevent in-game losses. However, the rollback will not be refunded, except for the replacement of credits.
If there is any disagreement with the rules, the account should not be created, and NO payment of any value should be made, as these will not be refunded after being used (sent to the server).
In case of divergence, the more complete rules or those in the local language when available will be considered valid.
All items acquired in the game may be lost due to a bug or programming error and are non-recoverable. Additionally, if the server is shut down due to infeasibility and high costs, everything produced within the game will be lost. The servers may also be closed to new players at any time.
Connections are precarious, meaning there is no guarantee that the server will remain online.
In case of discrepancies between internal content (provided by Gamemasters, tutors, or social media) and the rules or terms, the rules published on the website and accepted during account creation will always prevail.
By creating an account and accepting these terms, the user agrees with the data processing policy. This includes the storage of email addresses, full name, physical address, registration data, personal documents (if requested), and proof of address. Except for credit protection and sharing with banks and credit institutions, this data will not be shared with third parties.
If there is any disagreement with the rules, the account should not be created, and NO payment of any value should be made, as these will not be refunded after being used (sent to the server).
In case of discrepancies, the more complete rules will be valid.
Trading outside the servers leads to a ban, account deletion, and confiscation of irregular items. Buying, selling, or donating items through simulated transactions is prohibited and also leads to a ban. The same applies to buying "service" to complete a mission or quest for someone else. Any item or achievement obtained through irregular means or "service" will be removed from the server.
Accounts involved in irregular trades, at the discretion of the team, may receive a suspension (ban) for a shorter period if the value involved is under 50 reais, with a negative balance of up to 10 times the irregular value traded.
Any contestation regarding this (second chance) will result in the account balance being reset and the suspension being changed to permanent.
Any account with login or items associated with third-party item and money sellers outside the game will be permanently banned. Logs, IPs, and hardware serial numbers are always stored for automatic suspension (ban) of accounts. There is no support for accounts banned for irregularities.
The support service for ban analysis, access issues, or irregularities will require the submission of an updated photo ID and proof of address for ALL individuals who made transactions on the account. Without these details, emails will be discarded, and tickets will be closed. Many transactions involve fraud, so it is essential that the account holder can be easily located.
We do not offer account recovery services. Weekly verification of the registration email is mandatory to check if there was a request to change the email or authorize a computer. Any issue should be resolved directly with the email provider (Google, Hotmail, Apple, Yahoo, etc.). Always use email two-factor authentication.
Due to the increasing disrespect for the rules of account sharing, service prohibition, account buying and selling, and money and item negotiations in social media groups, any account involved in irregularities that receives a permanent ban may have its items placed on the market for sale. Users who play normally, make transactions only within the game, and at prices proportional to the market will never be harmed.
Accounts involved in irregularities are not welcome. Given the increase in spam due to penalties, each contestation will increase the penalty by 25% or change it to a permanent suspension and account deletion. The system automatically detects irregularities through data and log analysis, which are manually reviewed before applying the penalty. No punishment occurs randomly or without reason. The time spent on these irregularities could have been used for the development and growth of the game.
Users must always have updated proof of residence for ALL individuals who contributed financially to the accounts. The unlocking of accounts when ID and proof of address are requested will only occur if the data is updated and matches the cities from which the account was logged in. Login must occur from the same city as the proof of residence.
Any type of threat against NDBO Chaos, its systems, team members, or former team members will result in the permanent blocking and deletion of involved accounts.
If you disagree with any rule or change, the user should opt to discontinue using the products, systems, and services. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor who uses NDBO Chaos's systems and services, you are responsible for their use and adherence to the rules.
If you encounter any problems or have any questions, please contact a member of the game's Staff by creating a ticket on the official NDBO Chaos Discord.
Please read all the topics below carefully, as you may receive unnecessary punishments for being unaware of the rules. To maintain good order in the game, you must follow specific rules, which we list below. However, above any rule, please use common sense when using the game. We will attempt to resolve issues professionally, but we cannot always please everyone. Therefore, reading and following the rules below is of utmost importance.
CHAPTER 1 - GENERAL BEHAVIOR
General Rules Governing Player Behavior
1.1. Only constructive criticism is allowed; destructive criticism may result in a ban. Unsportsmanlike behavior intended to disrupt another player may also be punished. Those who use any means to disrupt players during arena duels or spread false information for profit or unfair advantage may be banned. Destructive Behavior.
1.2. Attempting, deceiving, or using programs or methods to alter the real IP in order to mask the true user may result in a ban for all involved accounts. This includes creating accounts to violate the rules.
1.3. Offenses such as defamation and slander are not allowed, regardless of who is involved, and may result in a ban. Report such infractions by opening a ticket. If proven, the player will be punished. Players sending offensive messages in private (PVT) should be ignored. It is also considered defamation if a player falsely reports another player for an infraction they did not commit. Offensive Statement/Libel.
1.4. Personal disputes must be conducted in private messages, not in public channels or the MSG Box, as this could lead to offenses, defamation, and slander, which could result in a ban. Offensive Statement/Destructive Behavior.
1.5. Players are not allowed to behave as if they have influence over team members if they do not have such authority; this may result in a ban. Misrepresentation.
1.6. It is not allowed to publicly discuss decisions made by the team. If you wish to complain about an action taken by a team member, it should be done via email at contactndbochaos@gmail.com. Destructive Behavior/Contempt Authority.
1.7. Players who defame the game or its creators, designers, staff, players, etc., on other platforms such as forums, blogs, personal pages, etc., when identified, may be internally punished and face civil and criminal prosecution. Offensive Statement.
1.8. Players who create characters with names similar to those of other players or team members will be banned; this is considered Identity Fraud and is a crime. Misrepresentation.
1.9. Account sharing is prohibited. The player who does not follow this rule will be punished, as well as the player whose account was accessed. Sharer.
1.9.1 Alternatively, to avoid permanent banning and account blocking, if it is detected that quests or missions were completed by third parties, they may be removed and/or blocked, and the reward removed from the account at the discretion of the game administration.
1.10. Abusing game weaknesses such as bugs is illegal. If you find a bug, report it immediately to a team member by opening a report (Ctrl R) or submitting a ticket on the website. Players who exploit bugs will be punished, and those who know about others exploiting bugs and keep it a secret may also be punished. Game Weakness Abuse/Bug Abuse.
1.11. Selling, trading, or buying from another player using the game as a medium for sale is not allowed, as well as trading items and resources from this game to another game or selling, trading, and buying items and resources from the game for real money. Players who violate these rules will be punished when identified. Giving your account to someone else is also illegal. Illegal Trade.
1.12. The use of illegal software, i.e., programs not provided by the game, is not allowed and may result in a permanent ban from the game. Not interacting with a team member when requested also results in a ban. Illegal Software.
1.13. It is not allowed to use programs or other resources to open another game client; this is called Multi-Client, and players who violate this rule may be permanently banned from the game. Illegal Software/Multi-Client.
1.14. Attempting or engaging in account theft, whether by asking for account information, sending fake links, or any other attempt to obtain player account information, will result in a permanent ban and account suspension. Hacking/Unauthorized Link.
1.15. Blocking another player's passage, preventing them from accessing their intended location, is considered illegal and may result in a ban. Trap.
1.16. Opening destructive reports that are not related to reporting a player infraction or bug is prohibited. Other types of reports may be considered False Reports or Destructive Reports and may result in a ban. False Report/Destructive Report.
1.17. Those who attempt to influence a team member's position, claiming to be their friend, or asserting that they know them to abuse power or engage in bad faith actions may have their account permanently banned. Pretending to Have Influence on the Staff.
1.18. We are not responsible for theft, nor for situations where you lend something, trade by mistake, or any other service that relies on another player's trust. We also do not take responsibility for mistakes made by players, such as dropping an item by accident, which is then picked up by another player. However, repeated abuse of skill may be punished.
1.19. The use of proxies or sharing the same network is not prohibited, but if the mentioned IP accesses an account involved in rule violations, particularly fraud, theft, or embezzlement, all accounts accessed by that IP will be banned and suspended permanently. Therefore, always avoid accessing the same network as individuals suspected of committing crimes. Fraud, Theft, Embezzlement.
1.20. Posting links to hacking programs, cracks, bots, illegal material, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage is also prohibited. In addition, your data will be forwarded to the police authority.
1.21. Making payments with a credit card and transferring credits to a third-party account may result in suspension of the accounts until payment issues are resolved. Cases of canceled payments or improper use of credit cards will be treated as embezzlement and fraud, with data and logs forwarded to the police. All related accounts will be permanently suspended.
1.22. Due to the high costs of keeping the game online, priority support will be given to people who contribute to the development of the game through donations. If the donation amount is insufficient to keep the servers online, they may be shut down or merged with other servers.
1.23. Accounts with bans or involved in irregularities and that have not contributed to keeping the game online, i.e., have not made donations in the last 90 days, may lose priority in support response times.
1.24. The maximum time to resolve a ban is 60 days.
1.25. Accounts with bans or involved in irregularities will be deleted. Trades should occur through the trade window, especially when involving suspicious amounts (high or low, abnormal), as irregularities may result in a ban. The same will happen with accounts that exploit bugs and do not report them to have the benefit from the bug removed. If the account that violated the rules (was banned or deleted) has made a donation (Premium Point), the value will never be refunded.
1.26. Violations of player or staff privacy will not be allowed. All accounts involved in violating this rule will be permanently banned and/or deleted from the game, forum, and social media. The offender may face civil and criminal charges.
1.27. Closed tickets cannot be reopened. Tickets related to third-party accounts will not receive a response. If a user has already received a response (positive or negative), reopening the ticket may result in a ban of the account (minimum 7-day suspension), and the same will happen with tickets that violate the rules.
1.28. When a ticket is related to bugs, the issue is passed to the development team and added to a correction list, with no guaranteed resolution time. The maximum number of characters on an account may be limited. Reports are investigated in order of severity, and no response will be given regarding the punishment imposed on the offender. Tickets contesting a BAN will only be answered if the ban is reviewed (removed). If the team decides that the BAN remains, the ticket will not receive a response. Tickets and emails are not "chats," reopening issues or tickets without a relevant reason may result in a ban.
1.29. Images for ticket assistance must be hosted online, and the ticket should contain a description of the situation and the image link. Contestation or request tickets must be created within 48 hours after the event that caused the issue.
1.30. Donations or purchases of Premium Points with a credit card should only be made on the account that will use them. If credits are transferred or traded to a third-party account after being credited, all involved accounts may be banned until ownership and transaction legitimacy are proven. In some donation situations, identity verification may be required.
1.31. Using the game for profit involving trades with credits (Premium Points) is not allowed. Buying and selling credits (Premium Points) involves risks. Trades for money at rates below the server's standard are considered suspicious. Credits (Premium Points) originating from credit card purchases may be removed, or accounts involved in suspicious trades may be banned until compensation or ownership is verified.
1.32. Creating fake characters or accounts, especially to disrupt the game, engage in illegal activities, fraud, and/or theft, is prohibited.
1.33. Bug abuse or failure to report bugs is illegal, and the account will be banned and/or permanently deleted. Reverse engineering is a crime, and accounts involved will be deleted.
1.34. Administrators may remove or delete items from users and/or return items to accounts when possible to correct issues caused by loan system failures.
CHAPTER 2 - PUBLIC CHANNELS
Rules governing message content in public channels
2.1. The exposure of pornographic materials and websites, as well as the use of offensive words (swear words), messages that violate the country's laws (drugs of any kind, alcohol, murder, suicide or encouragement to it, theft, fraud, scams, trafficking, smuggling, propaganda of Nazism, general prejudice, xenophobia, pedophilia, messages that incite racial, religious, or political discrimination against homosexuals, women, blacks, or any group, race, or creed, etc.), as well as the exposure of personal information are strictly prohibited. This may result in the player being banned.
2.2. The dissemination of unauthorized links is prohibited. This may lead to a permanent ban. Unauthorized Link
2.3. Only provide information if you are sure and if it is true. Players who provide false information may be punished. Rumors must be indicated as such. Unauthorized Messages at Public Channel
2.4. Sending spam may lead to immediate punishment of the sender. Spam is considered any meaningless or identical messages sent in a short period of time. SPAM/Unauthorized Messages at Public Channel
2.5. When responding to any message, be clear and polite, and avoid using slang. Never belittle others just because they know less. If you think the question is too basic, the author of the question is rude, or the question is off-topic, simply do not respond. Save your time for answering messages where you can actually help with something. Unauthorized Messages at Public Channel
2.6. It is prohibited to use public channels for advertisements with the intention of selling something unrelated to the game. Illegal Announcement
CHAPTER 3 - HELP CHANNEL
Exclusive Rules of the Help Channel
3.1. Messages related to buying, selling, trading, leveling up, drops, and any other messages that are not questions are prohibited in the Help Channel. Unauthorized Messages at Public Channel.
3.2. When asking a question, be polite and try to include all details that may help those who are willing to assist you with your issue. Remember that other players use the channel not only to answer questions but also to learn. In addition to asking questions, always try to contribute something. The most respected and beloved players are always those who help the most.
3.3. Questions regarding drops, rates, quests, and player item prices should not be asked in the Help Channel. For such queries, use the Game-Chat. Unauthorized Messages at Public Channel.
CHAPTER 4 - GAME-CHAT
Exclusive Rules of the Game-Chat Channel
4.1. The Game-chat is intended only for questions, suggestions, and conversations. Complaints, buy/sell/trade messages are not allowed. Unauthorized Messages at Public Channel.
4.2. It is strictly prohibited to incite violence or engage in discussions (fights).
4.3. Players should not send messages using Capslock, as it is equivalent to shouting and unnecessary (except for laughter, no spam).
4.4. A player who induces or encourages another player to make a mistake, resulting in significant loss, may be silenced, as this behavior is considered bad faith.
4.5. If the channel title specifies a language, players should only converse in that language.
4.6. Players should not send many messages in a short period of time, as it would be considered flooding and may result in a silence by the tutor.
CHAPTER 5 - TRADE CHANNEL
Exclusive Rules of the Trade Channel
5.1. The Trade Channel is intended only for sales, trades, purchase announcements, forming teams for quests, and service exchanges. Questions, doubts, conversations, and complaints should not be made in this channel; for such matters, use the Game-Chat. Unauthorized Messages at Public Channel.
CHAPTER 6 - POSITIONS AND FUNCTIONS
Definition of functions applicable to positions
6.1. Any criticism or complaint against tutors or Collaborators must be made directly to the team via email or ticket, who will take appropriate measures.
6.2. Whenever necessary, administrators will take any drastic actions to ensure the smooth operation of the game.
6.3. No tutor, Collaborator, or even any member of the team is authorized to ask for your game access password. Your password is personal, and the administration will never ask for it.
6.4. A tutor and/or Collaborator can, within these principles, silence a player in public channels. They are responsible for this action, always reporting it to the game Administrators and keeping screenshots and saved chats of all controversial actions for at least 30 days in order to justify their actions to the Administration.
6.5. No tutor or Collaborator may require any advantages because of their position. In case of abuse, report such a player to the game Administration.
CHAPTER 7 - PUNISHMENTS
Rules governing the application of penalties
7.1. Any player who violates the rules will receive a punishment and/or notification, which will be recorded in the character's information and can only be reviewed by Collaborators and Administrators. Penalties are applied without prior notice.
7.2. After having a warning registered, if the player commits another offense, they will receive a second warning and be banned from the game. After the ban period, the system will automatically lift the ban. If the player continues to commit violations, they will be notified again and banned for a longer period, with each ban being progressively longer, and in critical cases, they may be permanently banned (even deleted).
7.3. A player who violates the public channel rules will be silenced from the channels for one hour, without prior notice. The maximum number of channel bans is 5; if a player has 5 or more channel bans, they will be banned from the game. If the player continues to acquire more bans from the channel after being banned, they may be banned for a longer period than before, in a progressive manner. After being silenced, the Tutor has the right to report to the Collaborator for verification of the player's channel bans, which may result in a game ban.
CHAPTER 8 - PRIVACY POLICY
8.1. While you are online in the game and browsing our website, we will collect some information about your browsing, such as visit date, IP address, and browser type. This data is important for improving the website’s functionality and statistical analysis. The team has access to all messages and keystrokes typed. The logs are accessed daily and are the property of NDBO Chaos and WILL NEVER be shared with third parties.
8.2. Committed to the privacy of the information collected from its users, NDBO Chaos treats it confidentially and applies appropriate security procedures to ensure that the data is used strictly for the purpose for which it was collected.
8.3. Under no circumstances will NDBO Chaos sell, trade, rent, or in any other way transfer private user data to third parties. Thus, ensuring an ethical and transparent approach regarding the integrity of user information.
8.4. This Privacy Policy becomes invalid and inapplicable for the user who disrespects more critical rules, and the Administration may, if deemed necessary, disclose private data of the violating user.
8.5. Modifications: NDBO Chaos reserves the right to alter its Privacy Policy if necessary, but commits to disclosing any changes in this same space, as well as deactivating it for the necessary time to carry out any maintenance.
CHAPTER 9 - NAMES RULE
The Names rules apply to everything in the game, including CHARs, Guilds, Characters, Team Names, and Items.
9.1. Character names that violate the rules may be unilaterally changed, without prior notice, and may result in the character’s deletion and loss of all items. Offensive names, names that insult, are racist, have sexual or political content, relate to drugs, or make general offenses are prohibited. Name Lock.
9.2. Names related to anime (confusing the names of game systems and NPCs) or to the administration and collaborators are prohibited.
9.3. Offensive Names: Please ensure your name does not offend other players or moral and good manners. Names containing insults like "Dumb Bitch" or "John the Idiot" will not be tolerated.
9.4. Racist Names: NDBO Chaos is an international game in which people from all countries can play. The rules apply to all languages. Racist names like "White Power," "White Men Eat Shit," or "Black Person" will never be tolerated.
9.5. Names with Sexual Content: NDBO Chaos is a game becoming popular among young people. Therefore, names referring to sex or sexual orientation such as "Hetero Man" or "Pornstar Sex" are prohibited. Names that include body parts related to sex such as "Nipple," "Breastfeeder," or "Penis" are also not allowed.
