How to Confirm Your Donation

Join our Discord

Join our Official Discord by CLICKING HERE.

Create a Ticket in the "Ticket-Donate" tab/chat.

Send the details of your Donation.

Send the PayPal/Stripe/Wise transaction proof in the ticket chat if the donation was made via PayPal.

Send the Transaction Hash (TXID) in the ticket chat if the donation was made via Crypto.

Send the name of your CHARACTER.

Send in the chat the name of the character you want to receive the PACKAGES/PREMIUM POINTS.

Wait for the delivery.

The PACKAGES/PREMIUM POINTS from donations are delivered manually. They are usually delivered within the same hour, but it may take up to 24 hours for them to be delivered, so please be patient! (You will be notified in your Ticket when the delivery is made.)

Receiving My Packages/Premium Points

Check if your donation has already been delivered.

Check if your ticket has been closed or disappeared; this means it has been delivered.

Open the Depot Chest in the City.

In the city open the Depot Chest and then open your Mailbox.

Open your Mailbox.

Inside your Depot Mailbox there will be a Parcel and inside it you'll find your Package/Premium Point.
